1) Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2) Who We Are

Synergy Metaphysical Shop (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a small business offering Metaphysical,  and upcycled goods and related products.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4) Products, Availability, and Descriptions

  • Handmade & one-of-a-kind items: Many items are handmade, upcycled, or produced in small batches. Variations in color, pattern, finish, and materials are normal and are not considered defects.

  • Photos & display: We do our best to show items accurately, but screens can display colors differently.

  • Availability: Items may sell out quickly, especially around events. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

5) Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

  • Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

  • We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already accepted.

  • Sales tax (if applicable) is calculated at checkout.

  • Payment is due at the time you place your order.

6) Order Acceptance and Cancellations

  • Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order for any reason (including suspected fraud, errors, or inventory issues).

  • If we cancel after you’ve been charged, you’ll receive a refund to the original payment method.

7) Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup

  • Processing time: Processing times vary by item and season. Any processing/shipping estimates are not guarantees.

  • Shipping address: You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

  • Delivery issues: Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside our control.

  • Lost/damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us promptly so we can help you file a claim or explore options.

  • Local pickup (if offered): Pickup instructions and time windows will be provided at checkout or by email.

8) Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization.

Return Authorization Required

Before sending anything back, you must email synergymetaphysicalshop@gmail.com to request return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Return Conditions

Unless we state otherwise in writing:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received (unused, unaltered, and with any original packaging where applicable).

  • You are responsible for carefully packaging items for return shipment.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

9) Custom Orders

Custom items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by law or if the item arrives defective or damaged.

Custom orders may require additional lead time. We will confirm key details (materials, colors, sizing, deadlines) before starting.

10) Wholesale / Retail Partner Terms (Optional)

If you purchase wholesale or as a retail partner, those purchases may be governed by separate terms agreed in writing. These website Terms primarily apply to consumer purchases unless otherwise stated.

11) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (including text, product names, photos, graphics, and logos) is owned by or licensed to Synergy Metaphysical Shop and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

12) User Content (If You Allow Reviews/Comments)

If you submit content (reviews, photos, comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share that content for business purposes (e.g., marketing), unless prohibited by law.

You agree not to:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Synergy Metaphysical Shop from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
